Exchanges: Since these are handcrafted luthier instruments, with unique and individual characteristics in each piece, we do not offer exchanges based on aesthetic preference or convenience.
Returns for Change of Mind: If you wish to cancel your purchase, returns are permitted within the legal period of 7 (seven) calendar days from the receipt of the product. For the refund to be processed, the instrument must be returned in perfect condition, with no signs of use or modification, in its original packaging, and must be accompanied by the Invoice.
2. Defects, Assistance, and Maintenance
If your instrument presents any technical issue, requires structural adjustment, or needs component replacement, our team is ready to offer specialized support.
Important Notice: We kindly ask that you do not attempt to perform repairs, gluing, or adjustments on your own or through unauthorized third parties. Any external intervention without our prior guidance will result in the immediate voiding of the instrument's warranty.
